Job summary

Our client in the Education, Training and Qualifications sector seeks a Client Relationship Executive to manage a regional portfolio, drive retention and secure new business. You will engage with Colleges, Adult Education providers and employers, building strong partnerships and ongoing revenue through upsell opportunities.

Qualifications

• Proven B2B sales/account management experience.
• Experience building long-term customer relationships.
• Strong CRM and pipeline management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage and develop a regional portfolio of Tier 2 and Tier 3 customer accounts.
• Build relationships with customers and key decision-makers as the main point of contact.
• Deliver against income retention targets while identifying growth and new business opportunities.
• Generate new business and maintain a healthy regional sales pipeline.
• Create and deliver regional sales plans aligned with customer needs and market opportunities.
• Meet with existing and prospective clients to present relevant products and services.
• Maintain CRM records, forecasts and reports and gather market feedback.
