Job summary

GSF Car Parts is seeking a senior programme leader to own the end-to-end eCommerce roadmap for a high-growth, multi-million online retail business. You will coordinate across Product, Tech, Trading, Marketing and Operations to deliver international expansion (Europe), platform development, and revenue-growth initiatives.

The role demands delivering at pace with strong governance, risk management, and a best-in-class programme discipline aligned to leading multi-channel retailers.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in senior programme/project leadership within high-volume eCommerce or online retail.
• Strong commercial acumen with a clear understanding of revenue, margin and trading drivers.
• Experience working in scaled eCommerce businesses (£400m+ ideally) with exposure to marketplace or omnichannel environments.

Responsibilities

• Own and drive the end-to-end eCommerce programme roadmap for a high-growth online retail business.
• Coordinate across Product, Tech, Trading, Marketing and Operations to deliver integrated initiatives (EU expansion, platform development, customer experience improvements).
• Ensure delivery on time, within scope and budget with robust governance and risk management.
