The Role

We are seeking a commercially focused Senior Ecommerce and Trading Manager to lead our ecommerce function as we expand both in the UK and internationally. Reporting directly to the Digital Director, this role will own the DTC trading channel, drive sales and conversion, manage stock budgeting and forecasting, and enhance the customer experience.

Main Responsibilities

1. Drive the e-commerce strategy in collaboration with the Digital team.
2. Own the DTC channel and be responsible for hitting sales targets across our 4 Shopify stores.
3. Manage budgeting and forecasting on an annual, monthly, and weekly basis.
4. Collaborate with merchandising to ensure optimal stock levels and forecast product performance for buying decisions.
5. Report and analyze website performance to identify growth opportunities.
6. Oversee daily operations of Shopify stores, ensuring accurate and optimized product listings, VM, and navigation.
7. Own the trading & marketing calendar in partnership with the marketing team.
8. Coordinate with the digital team for promotional activities, collection launches, email campaigns, performance marketing, and influencer collaborations.
9. Lead website enhancements and optimize customer journeys to support conversion and increase AOV.
10. Develop and execute international website localization strategies.
11. Manage on-page SEO, ensuring optimal site structure and technical setup.
12. Act as the brand guardian for the website, maintaining a seamless brand experience.

Requirements

• Extensive experience in ecommerce trading and VM.
• Experience in budgeting and forecasting.
• Experience working within fashion retail.
• Commercially minded and highly numeric.
• Excellent reporting and presentation skills.
• International experience, ideally including the US.
• Understanding of creative needs within luxury fashion.
• A self-starter with a problem-solving attitude.

Preferred Skills (Not essential)

• Experience with luxury fashion brands.
• Experience growing an international fashion brand.
• Experience launching localized websites with multiple languages.
• Proficiency in Data Studio, Funnel, TripleWhale.
