Join to apply for the Senior Ecommerce Manager - French speaking role at Puig.

This is a unique opportunity to join Puig’s Niche & Wellness Brands Digital Hub based in London, with a fast-growing global presence and an inspiring team of leaders, as Senior Ecommerce Manager (French speaking).

You will lead all online trade activities to drive the performance and growth of L’Artisan Parfumeur’s Ecommerce across EMEA, UK, US, and new markets. Responsibilities include trading, optimization, merchandising, content, and partnering with Consumer Marketing to drive initiatives and innovation through an ambitious development roadmap.

Reporting to the Ecommerce Director, you will manage a team of four (including three direct reports) and collaborate with a shared services team of 20, all within a wider team of 50 passionate individuals. You will also work closely with the tech team in Barcelona and the brand team in Paris.

The ideal candidate is a French-speaking, highly commercially driven Senior Ecommerce Manager with a start-up mindset, focused on achieving sales targets and increasing ROI, with a keen creative eye and user experience knowledge.

This fast-paced, hands-on role involves all aspects of ecommerce and offers an exciting opportunity for an energetic online professional eager to elevate the brand.

Key Responsibilities
  • Define and execute global and local Ecommerce strategies aligned with business goals, brand marketing, and consumer insights.
  • Manage and optimize Ecommerce P&L in collaboration with the Ecommerce Director.
  • Deliver revenue and KPI targets, ensuring alignment with marketing investments.
  • Oversee Trading Calendar and support tactical initiatives to meet sales targets.
  • Maintain best-in-class on-site visual merchandising standards.
  • Drive innovation through development roadmaps, influence digital product enhancements, and oversee A/B testing and insights.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance consumer experience and create immersive brand engagement.
  • Collaborate with tech teams to develop tools and systems, providing clear requirements.
  • Lead SEO initiatives, optimize user experience, and capitalize on organic search.
  • Implement continuous KPI reporting and leverage data for strategic decisions.
  • Understand consumer buying cycles at channel level to address barriers to purchase.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and emerging tools to keep the brand at the forefront of digital innovation.
Ideal Candidate Profile
  • Results-driven self-starter with a highly commercial outlook.
  • 6+ years’ experience in a similar role, preferably in Luxury or Fragrance sectors.
  • Fluent in English and French, with excellent communication skills.
  • Proactive, effective in fast-paced environments, with strong project management skills.
  • Ability to drive sales within brand guidelines without over-reliance on promotions.
  • Collaborative team player with a passion for digital consumer experiences.
  • Data-savvy with analytical skills; experience with Google Analytics and ContentSquare is a plus.
