This London-based role offers a hybrid arrangement, with one day per week in the office near High Street Kensington and flexible remote work, along with travel to team locations as needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of practical experience managing Google Ads campaigns.
• Experience owning Google Ads performance within an ecommerce business with direct accountability for results.
• Thorough working knowledge of Search, Shopping, and Performance Max campaigns.
• Proven experience as part of an in-house ecommerce team.
• Strong analytical thinking with attention to detail.
• Fluent written and spoken English.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities.
• Willingness to adopt AI and automation tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead Google Ads performance across multiple international markets for one ecommerce brand.
• Create, run, and optimise Search, Shopping, Performance Max, and other formats.
• Monitor and improve ROAS, CPA, conversions, revenue and profitability.
• Own growth, efficiency and results within your brand portfolio.
• Identify growth opportunities across products, markets, and audiences.
• Translate insights into actionable recommendations and improvements.
• Conduct account audits and drive continuous performance improvements.
• Collaborate with developers and analytics for reliable tracking.
• Partner with creative teams to improve ads and landing pages.
• Support budget allocation, forecasting and performance reporting.
• Stay updated on Google Ads updates and AI tools.
• Shape testing approaches and experimentation frameworks.
