Job summary

Luzern eCommerce is seeking a Senior eCommerce professional to manage high value client relationships and lead the eCommerce Acceleration team in delivering marketplace and D2C objectives.

You will drive strategy, oversee day-to-day activities with account managers, and ensure successful execution for key accounts, while collaborating with cross-functional teams on campaigns and launches.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of Account Management at a senior level with strong industry experience.
• Excellent leadership/management skills and superb oral and written communication, with seasoned presentation skills.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business/Marketing/Sciences or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Be the primary point of contact for high value clients to manage, develop & enhance relationships with key accounts.
• Lead account managers as a senior member of the eCommerce Acceleration team, guiding reports with best practices and execution.
• Develop understanding of client strategy, stakeholders, and identify opportunities within key accounts.
