Qualifications

• Strong hands-on experience managing Amazon marketplace accounts.
• Good working knowledge of Amazon Vendor Central and Seller Central.
• Experience understanding commercial and operational levers that drive Amazon performance.
• Strong client and stakeholder management skills.
• Commercially minded and analytical, turning data into actionable insights.

Responsibilities

• Own and develop relationships with key client accounts as a trusted eCommerce partner.
• Manage Amazon performance across Vendor Central and Seller Central with commercial/operational understanding.
• Develop client growth plans aligned to their strategy and objectives.
• Oversee end-to-end eCommerce processes: catalogue, pricing, promotions, inventory, and customer experience.
• Analyse sales and marketplace performance to identify risks and opportunities and provide recommendations.
