Job summary

Circle Recruitment is assisting a leading ecommerce retail company near Leeds in finding a Senior Digital Analyst based in Bradford. The role focuses on owning GA4, GTM, attribution, and customer journey analytics, shaping marketing performance measures and stakeholder enablement.

The ideal candidate will analyse customer behaviour, journey data and online purchasing patterns within an ecommerce environment, using GA4 and GTM to drive insights and recommendations.

Qualifications

• Experience analysing customer behaviour and journey data in an ecommerce environment.
• Hands-on with web analytics tools like GA4 and GTM.
• Strong ability to identify trends, issues and conversion opportunities from marketing data.
• Able to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for CX and commercial performance.
• Experience evaluating digital marketing campaign effectiveness and channel impact.

Responsibilities

• Analyse customer behaviour, journey data and online purchasing patterns in ecommerce.
• Apply GA4 and GTM to track and report on performance and attribution.
• Identify customer trends, issues and conversion opportunities from marketing data.
• Translate complex data into actionable insights to improve customer experience and commercial results.
• Collaborate with marketing, development and analytics stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
