Job summary

Circle Recruitment is recruiting for a Digital Analytics & Insights Manager in Bradford. The role focuses on owning GA4, GTM, attribution, and customer journey analysis to measure marketing performance and enable stakeholders.

Qualifications

Analysing customer behaviour, journey data and online purchasing patterns within an eCommerce environment.
Hands-on experience with web analytics tools such as GA4 and customer journey analysis methodologies.
Strong ability to identify customer trends, issues and conversion opportunities using website and marketing data.
Translating complex customer and trading data into clear, actionable insights that improve customer experience and commercial performance.

Responsibilities

Own GA4, GTM, attribution, and customer journey analysis.
Measure marketing performance and enable stakeholders with insights.
Work with marketing and development teams to rectify issues and optimize conversions.
Translate data into actionable recommendations to drive commercial outcomes.
