We’re looking for a Digital Analyst to become the go-to for digital insight, helping teams better understand customer behaviour, digital performance and the impact of marketing investment. You’ll sit in the central team, working closely with ecommerce, marketing and commercial stakeholders.
As a Digital Analyst, you’ll take ownership of digital analytics and help stakeholders make better decisions through data. A large part of the role will focus on GA4, helping stakeholders understand customer journeys, campaign effectiveness and website performance. You’ll analyse digital activity, measure ROI, support A/B testing programmes and identify opportunities to improve conversion and customer experience.
You’ll also play a key role in testing and experimentation, helping teams understand what’s working, what isn’t and where improvements can be made. Working closely with stakeholders across the business, you’ll translate complex findings into clear and meaningful insight that drives action.
As the organisation continues to mature its analytics capability, you’ll have the opportunity to shape how digital insight is used across multiple functions and contribute to the development of a data-driven culture.
A salary of £60,000-£70,000 depending on experience, plus an excellent benefits package including pension, life assurance, enhanced family leave policies, staff discounts and more. The role is based in East Sussex with a hybrid working arrangement of a minimum of 2-3 days per week in the office (depending on candidate location).
