Job summary

Bright Horizons Rugby Day Nursery is seeking a Third in Charge to lead, mentor and support a team delivering exceptional care and education for children aged 3 months to 5 years. You will promote child welfare, health and safeguarding, maintain strong partnerships with colleagues, parents and professionals, and ensure high standards daily.

This role requires a Full Level 3+ Early Years qualification, previous leadership experience, and thorough safeguarding knowledge.

Qualifications

• Must have full and relevant Level 3 or above Early Years qualification.
• Experience in an Early Years setting with leadership responsibilities.
• Strong safeguarding knowledge and compliance with child protection laws.

Responsibilities

• Lead and inspire a team to deliver high-quality care.
• Ensure child welfare, health and safety and safeguarding.
• Develop partnerships with parents and professionals.
• Act as Designated Safeguarding Lead when required.
