Job summary

Bright Horizons Kenilworth Day Nursery is hiring a Third in Charge to lead a team and deliver high-quality care for children. You will promote child welfare, health, and safety, ensuring safeguarding standards across the nursery and building strong partnerships with parents and professionals.

You should hold a Level 3+ Early Years qualification, have prior leadership experience in an Early Years setting, and be confident in safeguarding and collaboration with Local Authority teams.

Qualifications

• Level 3+ Early Years qualification required.
• Experience in a leadership role within an Early Years setting.
• Strong safeguarding knowledge and excellent communication with parents and staff.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and support a team to deliver high-quality care and education.
• Promote child welfare, health and safety, and safeguarding at the nursery.
• Act as Designated Safeguarding Lead when required and engage with Local Authority partnerships.
