Job summary

GTI is seeking an experienced Client Account Director to manage a portfolio of client accounts, ensuring high client satisfaction and strong operational performance. You will oversee recruitment programmes, maintain key stakeholder relationships, and drive governance across projects.

The role requires a commercially aware professional who can lead account reviews, manage delivery, and identify opportunities to expand partnerships with clients and GTI teams.

Qualifications

• Proven knowledge and understanding of the early career recruitment market.
• Proven experience managing significant client accounts within recruitment, talent solutions, HR services, or a related sector.
• Strong client relationship and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience leading account reviews, governance meetings, and performance discussions.
• Demonstrable commercial awareness with experience managing account growth and retention.
• Strong understanding of recruitment delivery and client service management.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Experience working cross-functionally to deliver successful client outcomes.
• Fluency in any additional languages is advantageous

Responsibilities

• Oversee delivery of recruitment programmes across a portfolio of client accounts.
• Manage key stakeholder relationships and ensure contractual commitments are met.
• Drive account performance, client retention, service quality and profitability.
• Collaborate with delivery teams to provide governance and oversight across programmes.
• Identify opportunities to strengthen and expand client partnerships.
• Monitor governance meetings, business reviews and performance discussions.
• Lead SME activities for the RPO team and collaborate with wider GTI teams.
