Job summary

Air Charter Service, the world’s largest aviation brokerage, is seeking a Senior e-Learning Specialist at its Surbiton HQ near London. The role designs and delivers interactive digital learning for employees worldwide via our LMS, applying learning theory and brand standards.

You’ll lead an eLearning Designer, manage complex projects with stakeholders, and champion accessible, engaging training using tools like Articulate 360, Rise, Vyond and Camtasia.

Qualifications

• 7+ years experience as an eLearning designer specialist.
• Experience delivering best-in-class online digital learning solutions that captivate learners.
• Proficiency with e-learning authoring tools such as Articulate 360, Rise, Vyond, Camtasia.
• Experience in developing learning storyboards, scripts, assessments and materials.
• Experience in managing Learning Management Systems ideally Access LMS.
• Ability to apply learning theory principles to design effective online courses.
• Experience in project management with stakeholders and deadlines.
• Ability to meet accessibility, usability, and quality standards.
• Passion for innovation and testing new learning methodologies to drive engagement.
• Strong visual design sense and attention to detail.

Job Description

We\'re looking for an experienced and forward-thinking Senior e-Learning Specialist to design, create, and deliver interactive digital learning experiences using authoring tools, multimedia, and instructional design principles that align with learning outcomes and our brand standards.

As part of the role, you will be applying insightful and practical learning theory principles to design effective online learning experiences, delivered for our employees worldwide via our Learning Management System.

The role reports to the Training Director and has line management responsibility for an eLearning Designer based within our Global Shared Office in India.

Qualifications

• 7 years+ experience as an eLearning designer specialist
• Experience in designing and delivering best-in-class complex online based digital learning solutions that captivates and resonates with the learners
• Proficiency in designing online learning content via e-learning authoring tools such as Articulate 360, Rise, Vyond, Camtasia, etc.
• Experience of developing learning storyboards, scripts, assessments, and supporting materials
• Experience in managing Learning Management Systems ideally Access LMS
• Proficiency in applying insightful and practical learning theory principles to design effective online courses that elevate learner experience
• Experience in Project Management including liaising with various stakeholders in the business to deliver demanding projects with strict deadlines
• Ability to assess learning solutions in order to meet accessibility, usability, and quality standards
• Passion for innovation and testing new learning methodologies to drive learner engagement and success
• A strong sense of visual design principles and meticulous attention to detail
• Positive and professional demeanour with excellent interpersonal skills
• Team player, positive, with a can-do attitude and the ability to train, mentor and lead other more junior members of the team
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines

Additional Desired Qualifications

• Recognised qualification in training such as CIPD
• Bachelors Degree in Instructional Design or Education
• Experience with graphic design and multimedia development
