FJWilson Talent Services seeks an experienced eLearning Designer to design and develop online learning content for a professional body in the healthcare sector. You will create engaging digital learning experiences, collaborate with SMEs, and ensure high instructional design standards across projects.
The role is hybrid in London, with two days per week in the office, focusing on stories, interactive modules, and multimedia content to enhance learner engagement and outcomes.
Contract: full time, permanent
Location: Hybrid – home working with 2 days per week in the office in central London
As an eLearning Designer, you will be responsible for designing, developing and enhancing online learning content, ensuring a high standard of instructional design, learner engagement and user experience.
This position offers the opportunity to work across a wide range of online learning programmes, developing engaging, interactive learning experiences that support professional audiences. You will collaborate with subject matter experts, instructional designers, editors and project teams to transform content into high-quality digital learning resources.
We are keen to hear from candidates with strong instructional design and eLearning development experience who can confidently take content from written draft through to an engaging digital learning solution.
