Placements24 is seeking a Senior E-commerce Analyst for our client, a data-driven online retailer. Based in Randburg, Gauteng, you will examine website performance, customer behavior, and marketing campaigns to boost conversion and profitability.

You will build KPI dashboards, run experiments, and deliver clear insights to senior management. A strong background in analytics tools and a quantitative degree will help you translate data into actionable strategies.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in e-commerce analytics or a similar analytical role.
• Translate data into actionable business insights.
• Experience with GA/Adobe Analytics or similar platforms.
• Strong SQL and data visualization skills.

Responsabilités

• Analyze ecommerce data to identify trends and improve UX and conversion rates.
• Develop KPI dashboards for ecommerce performance, marketing effectiveness, and sales trends.
• Assess marketing campaigns across channels to measure ROI and optimize.
• Analyze customer behavior, segmentation, and lifetime value for personalization.
• Run A/B tests and usability studies to improve site design and checkout.
• Collaborate with marketing, product, and IT to translate business questions into analyses.
• Develop sales and customer forecasts and predictive models.
• Present findings clearly to senior management and stakeholders.
