Placements24 is seeking a Digital Marketing & E-commerce Executive to drive online sales and enhance brand presence from its Randburg offices. The role requires a strong background in developing campaigns, managing ecommerce platforms and leveraging social media to connect with target audiences.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in digital marketing and ecommerce management.
• Proven expertise in SEO, SEM, Google Analytics and social media marketing.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement integrated digital marketing strategies including SEO, SEM, content marketing, email marketing and social media marketing.
• Manage and optimize the company's e-commerce website with user-friendly interface and effective product merchandising.
• Oversee all social media activities including content creation, campaign management and performance tracking.
• Plan and execute paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Social Media Ads) to drive traffic and conversions.
• Collaborate with creative teams to develop marketing collateral and website content.
• Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to stay ahead in digital marketing and ecommerce.
• Manage marketing budgets with ROI measurement.
• Work with sales and customer service to ensure consistent customer experience.
• Report on KPIs to senior management.
