Reporting into the Head of Ecommerce, you will own site performance, content planning, CRO initiatives, and competitive tracking, using tools like Excel and Google Analytics to drive measurable improvements.

Qualifications

• Analytical and numerate; proficient in Excel and Google Analytics.
• Proven ability to manage and develop a team, promoting ownership and accountability.
• Proven track record in driving site optimisation.
• Ability to interpret data and use metrics like conversion rates and sales performance to inform decisions.
• Basic knowledge of web development and UX/UI principles.
• Experience with A/B testing and personalisation tools.

Responsibilities

• Support the development Ecommerce strategy, ensuring its usability and customer satisfaction.
• Overseeing all aspects of website performance, customer experience, and sales optimisation to meet business objectives.
• Analysing and optimising site performance using data sources including customer data, site metrics, competitor analysis and research – making recommendations to drive performance
• Support in co-ordinating site content and promotional planning.
• Regular competitor and market tracking to identify areas of opportunity
• Overseeing a comprehensive CRO plan to inform website development and improve metrics – agency support
