Job summary

Lewis Silkin is seeking an experienced E-Biller to manage the e-Billing lifecycle, ensuring accurate and compliant invoicing. The role requires strong numeracy, detailed attention, and excellent communication to coordinate with client eBilling portals and internal teams.

The successful candidate will drive improvements, mentor colleagues, and support onboarding with client and fee-earner updates, while maintaining service quality across Working Capital processes.

Qualifications

• Experience in a billing environment, with knowledge of a computerised billing system.
• Strong numeracy and analytical skills with high attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, able to work across teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage the e-Billing function and ensure connectivity with client portals.
• Liaise with all business areas to support the eBilling process and onboarding.
• Monitor Outside Counsel Guidelines and ensure onboarding information is up to date.
• Address eBilling rejections and queries promptly and accurately.
• Coordinate accruals, reporting, and budgets for client portals and eBilling systems.
