Linklaters is seeking a client onboarding specialist for eBilling platforms to ensure smooth onboarding, accurate configuration, and timely invoicing. You will serve as the primary client contact, resolve onboarding blockers, and maintain comprehensive records for audits.

The role requires experience with ebilling platforms, cross-functional collaboration, and strong attention to detail in a professional services environment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing client onboarding onto eBilling platforms within a professional services or legal environment.
• Strong working knowledge of ebilling platforms and client billing portals and the technical requirements during onboarding.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams to ensure timely submission of invoices and meeting deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end client onboarding onto eBilling platforms prior to go-live.
• Serve as primary client contact during onboarding, managing expectations.
• Identify and resolve onboarding errors or blockers to meet deadlines.
• Maintain records of onboarding activity, configurations, and documentation for audits.
• Set up and maintain client billing profiles and system configurations.
• Ensure timely submission of invoices and adherence to deadlines.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on billing inquiries and data flow.
• Develop reports and analytics to monitor billing efficiency and revenue.
