Job summary

Pearson Carter are working with a well-established Microsoft Dynamics partner who are looking for an experienced Dynamics 365 Business Central Senior Business Consultant to join their growing team. This senior functional role focuses on delivering BC implementations, business process improvements and client projects.

This role offers a hybrid working model with 3 days per week onsite in their Northampton office, and a salary up to £80,000.

Qualifications

• 5 years’ experience with Dynamics 365 Business Central or Dynamics NAV.
• Strong experience delivering end-to-end BC implementations.
• Strong functional knowledge across core BC modules (Finance, Sales, Purchasing, Inventory, Warehousing).
• Experience gathering requirements and translating them into functional solutions.
• Confident in running workshops and communicating with senior stakeholders.
• Experience in a Microsoft Dynamics Partner environment.
• Understanding BC functionality, configuration and best practices.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving and client-facing skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support Dynamics 365 Business Central implementations from requirements through to go-live.
• Work closely with clients to understand business processes, challenges and requirements.
• Translate business requirements into effective Business Central functional solutions.
• Provide expertise across BC areas including Finance, Sales, Purchasing, Inventory and Warehousing.
• Conduct workshops, process mapping, gap analysis and solution design.
• Manage client relationships and act as a trusted functional advisor through projects.
• Support configuration, testing, UAT, training and post-go-live activities.
• Collaborate with developers and technical teams to ensure solutions meet business requirements.
