Job summary

Pearson Carter are partnering with a Microsoft Partner based in Northamptonshire, delivering Dynamics 365 Business Central and NAV solutions for over 19 years.

The role focuses on designing and developing BC/NAV customisations, leading projects, and mentoring teammates in a collaborative, autonomous environment. You will work with AL/C/AL, APIs, and DevOps practices to drive upgrades and integrations.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of Microsoft Dynamics NAV development experience.
• 5+ years with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central and AL.
• Strong experience with AL and C/AL development.
• Experience using Visual Studio Code and Git.
• Understanding of Business Central architecture and Extension v2.
• Experience with APIs, web services and integrations.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop and maintain BC/NAV customisations and extensions.
• Develop using AL, C/AL and VS Code.
• Translate requirements into technical specifications with stakeholders.
• Produce technical designs and development docs.
• Build integrations with third-party systems via APIs and web services.
• Lead development projects and mentor junior developers.
