Job summary

Conspicuous is seeking a Dynamics 365 Business Central Developer to join our Northamptonshire-based team. The role initially requires onsite work near Northampton, with a move to a hybrid model after six months.

You will design, develop, and deliver Business Central solutions across a varied client base. You will work with consultants and clients to translate requirements into technical solutions, build bespoke extensions, and support upgrades and implementations.

Qualifications

• Experience developing within Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.
• Proficient AL development and Business Central extensions.
• Experience with upgrades, migrations, and customisations.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to work independently or with consultants and clients.

Responsibilities

• Developing and customizing Dynamics 365 Business Central solutions.
• Translating functional requirements into technical designs.
• Building bespoke functionality and extensions to meet client needs.
• Supporting Business Central upgrades, migrations and implementations.
• Troubleshooting issues across existing client environments.
• Producing clear technical documentation for developments.
• Supporting both new and existing client projects.
