Job summary

Pearson Carter is seeking a Dynamics 365 Business Central Developer for a Hybrid role up to £70,000, delivering ERP solutions and BC development.

You will work on system enhancements, integrations, upgrades, and platform improvements, collaborating with internal teams to meet evolving requirements.

Hybrid with 3 days per week in the Northampton office, salary up to £70k depending on experience.

Qualifications

• 5 years of experience developing within Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central or Dynamics NAV environments.
• Strong hands-on knowledge of AL development and modern BC extension development.
• Experience working with Business Central architecture, custom modules, and event-based development practices.
• Proven experience delivering API, web service, or third-party integrations.
• Familiarity with source control tools such as Git and development best practices.

Responsibilities

• Develop and enhance Dynamics 365 Business Central solutions using AL and Visual Studio Code.
• Gather technical requirements and collaborate with consultants, users, and project teams to deliver effective solutions.
• Create and maintain integrations between Business Central and external applications.
• Investigate, diagnose, and resolve application issues while supporting system performance and reliability.
• Participate in system testing, deployments, upgrades, and continuous improvement initiatives.
