Job summary

Pearson Carter recruit for a Senior Dynamics 365 Business Central Developer for a hybrid role in Northamptonshire. You will design, develop and maintain BC customisations and extensions using AL and Visual Studio Code, and collaborate with stakeholders on technical specifications.

You will mentor junior developers, lead development across projects and drive integrations with APIs and web services, while supporting upgrades and deployments.

Qualifications

• 8 years' Dynamics NAV / C/AL development experience.
• 5 years' Dynamics 365 Business Central / AL development experience.
• Strong experience with AL, C/AL, Visual Studio Code and Git.
• Experience leading or mentoring other developers.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop and maintain BC customisations and extensions using AL and VS Code.
• Collaborate with consultants to translate requirements into technical specs.
• Develop integrations with APIs and web services.
• Mentor junior developers and lead development activities across projects.
• Support upgrades, data migrations and deployments.
