Job summary

Pearson Carter is seeking a Dynamics 365 Business Central Consultant for a fully remote role in the UK. You will lead BC implementation and upgrade projects, collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into effective BC solutions, and oversee workshops, requirements gathering, testing, data migration, and deployment.

Qualifications

• At least 4 years' experience with Dynamics NAV and/or Dynamics 365 Business Central.
• Strong functional consulting background with experience delivering BC projects.
• Knowledge across Finance, Sales, Purchasing, Inventory, and Warehousing modules.

Responsibilities

• Lead Business Central implementation and upgrade projects.
• Work with stakeholders to translate business needs into BC solutions.
• Facilitate workshops, gather requirements, and produce functional specifications.
• Support configuration, testing, data migration, user training, and deployment.
• Provide guidance through the full project lifecycle and ensure user adoption.
