Job summary

WSP Global Inc. in the United Kingdom seeks a civil engineer to lead day-to-day technical delivery of consultancy services through feasibility, concept design, planning, and construction.

You will provide technical expertise in drainage, SuDS, flood risk, highways, earthworks and utilities across land and infrastructure development, guiding multi-disciplinary teams and engaging clients for successful outcomes.

Qualifications

• Postgraduate-level education or equivalent with professional experience in civil engineering.
• Experience in development sector projects including drainage, flood risk, highways and utilities.
• Chartered status or nearing Chartership is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day technical delivery of civil engineering consultancy services through all project stages.
• Provide technical leadership in drainage, SuDS, flood risk, highways, earthworks and utilities.
• Lead and coordinate multi-disciplinary projects and mentor junior staff.
• Engage with clients and stakeholders and manage design teams to approvals.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to required standards.
