Job summary

WSP seeks a Senior Civil Engineer to lead day-to-day technical delivery across feasibility through construction for land and infrastructure projects. You will specialise in drainage, SuDS, flood risk, highways and earthworks, supporting varied clients and sectors.

You will provide project leadership on multi-disciplinary schemes, guide junior staff, engage with clients and stakeholders, and ensure delivery on time, budget and quality.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of highway design, drainage strategies and technical design.
• Experience with flood risk assessments and utility design.
• Ability to produce infra masterplans, site appraisals and construction drawings.
• Understanding of design codes and approvals processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day technical delivery across feasibility to construction.
• Provide project leadership on multi-disciplinary schemes and act as Project Manager where required.
• Guide and support junior technical staff within the team.
• Engage with clients and stakeholders to secure approvals and align with programmes.
