Job summary

WSP Global Inc. is seeking a driven civil engineering professional to lead day-to-day technical delivery across the full project life-cycle, from feasibility through to construction.

You will provide expertise in drainage, SuDS, flood risk, highways, streetscape, earthworks and utilities across diverse land and infrastructure developments, guiding multidisciplinary teams and engaging with clients and authorities.

Qualifications

• Experience in highway design, drainage strategy and design, flood risk management and utility design.
• Ability to produce infrastructure masterplans, site appraisals, technical reports and construction drawings.
• Knowledge of design codes and preparation of drawings for contract documentation and approvals.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day technical delivery of civil engineering consultancy services across feasibility to construction.
• Provide technical expertise in drainage, SuDS, flood risk, highways, streetscape, earthworks and utilities for diverse land and infrastructure projects.
• Provide project leadership on multiple multidisciplinary projects as required.
• Guide and support junior technical staff and mentor team members.
• Engage with clients and stakeholders and manage design teams to secure approvals and statutory consents.
• Ensure projects are delivered on budget, on programme, and to required technical/legal standards.
