Job summary

Social Care 2 Recruit is seeking an experienced Registered Care Manager to lead our domiciliary care service in West Glasgow. You will oversee operations, ensure regulatory compliance and drive person-centred care delivery across the team.

The ideal candidate has proven management experience in domiciliary care, a solid understanding of Care Inspectorate requirements, and strong communication and leadership skills. This is a full-time role with scope for professional growth.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the day-to-day management of the domiciliary care service.
• Ensure compliance with Care Inspectorate standards and regulations.
• Lead, support and develop the care team.
• Manage recruitment, induction, supervision and performance.
• Ensure care plans and risk assessments are accurate and reviewed.
• Monitor quality and safety of care being delivered.
• Maintain relationships with clients, families and healthcare professionals.
• Manage staffing, rotas and service delivery.
• Deal with safeguarding concerns, incidents and complaints.
• Complete regular audits and drive continuous improvements.
• Promote a culture of high-quality, person-centred care.
