• Experience managing a domiciliary care service.
• Strong understanding of CQC requirements.

• Committed to safeguarding and person-centred care.
• Ideally has experience as a Registered Manager or is ready to step into a registered management role.

Responsibilities

• Manage the day-to-day running of the domiciliary care service.
• Ensure compliance with CQC regulations and standards.
• Lead, motivate and develop the care team.
• Oversee recruitment, induction, training and staff performance.
• Complete and maintain care plans, risk assessments and audits.
• Ensure safeguarding procedures are followed effectively.
• Build strong relationships with clients, families and healthcare professionals.
• Monitor quality of care and drive continuous improvement.
• Manage staffing, rotas and service delivery effectively.
• Prepare for and support CQC inspections.
