Social Care 2 Recruit is seeking a Registered Care Manager to lead our domiciliary care service in Uxbridge. You will be responsible for day-to-day management, regulatory compliance and delivering high-quality, person-centred care to clients in their homes.

The ideal candidate will have proven management experience in domiciliary care, strong leadership, excellent communication and organisational skills, and a commitment to safeguarding and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Proven management experience within domiciliary care
• Strong understanding of Care Inspectorate requirements
• Effective and confident team leadership
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• Ability to manage a busy service and prioritise effectively
• Strong safeguarding knowledge and care standards
• Passion for enabling independence at home
• Professionalism, integrity and decisive decision-making

Responsibilities

• Oversee the day-to-day management of the domiciliary care service
• Ensure compliance with Care Inspectorate standards and regulations
• Lead, support and develop the care team
• Manage recruitment, induction, supervision and performance
• Ensure care plans and risk assessments are accurate and regularly reviewed
• Monitor the quality and safety of care delivered
• Maintain relationships with clients, families and healthcare professionals
• Manage staffing, rotas and service delivery
• Address safeguarding concerns, incidents and complaints
• Complete regular audits and drive continuous improvements
• Promote a culture of high-quality, person-centred care
