Plymouth-based Nurseplus UK is seeking a Senior Registered Manager to lead our domiciliary care service. You will drive growth, ensure high-quality care, and maintain strong relationships with commissioners and local authorities to expand the service while upholding regulatory compliance.

The role requires significant management experience in domiciliary care, CQC Registered Manager status, and a strategic yet hands-on approach to develop services and teams, with a focus on sustainable growth

Qualifications

• Significant management experience in domiciliary care or similar regulated setting.
• CQC Registered Manager status or equivalent.
• NVQ Level 5 in Health & Social Care or equivalent.
• Proven ability to lead teams and manage budgets.
• Strong relationships with commissioners and authorities.

Responsibilities

• Drive growth and performance and secure new contracts.
• Lead operational delivery of domiciliary care with quality and compliance.
• Oversee budgets and ensure alignment with commercial goals.
• Develop and coach care teams and managers.
