Job summary

Kenna Recruitment Ltd is seeking a Senior Document Controller for a leading Tier 1 Main Contractor to join a busy project team in London. The role focuses on managing and controlling project information across the full lifecycle, ensuring records are accurate, checked, and available to design, commercial and construction teams.

You will work with Project Managers, Design Managers, Site Managers and stakeholders to distribute documentation, maintain audit trails, and deliver reports on

Qualifications

• Experience managing project documentation across a major project.
• Proven ability to maintain document registers and trackers.
• Knowledge of industry standards and contractual requirements.

Responsibilities

• Managing lifecycle of project documentation from receipt to archiving.
• Maintain document registers, trackers, and logs.
• Control drawings, specifications, reports, and technical information.
• Upload, issue, distribute and manage information through the project CDE/EDMS.
• Produce regular document control and information reports.
• Support junior Document Controllers and wider project teams.
