Job summary

ME Engineers is seeking a Senior Document Controller to join our London office. You will work closely with engineering staff, manage document control processes and QA, and may line-manage DC staff across UK offices.

You will create, track, and archive project documentation, ensure compliance with ISO and internal protocols, and liaise with project leads to meet deadlines while supporting a collaborative, proactive team culture.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in construction industry document control systems, such as ACC.
• Experience with Deltek Vision is desirable.
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to communicate clearly and work in a team or independently.

Responsibilities

• Create and manage bid-to-live project document control workflows.
• Liaise with Project Lead and BIM Manager to establish deadlines and protocols.
• Issue and record drawings and documents per project protocols.
• QA of drawings/documents for correct naming, numbering, and revisions.
