Contract Scotland is seeking an experienced Document Controller to join a busy civil engineering contractor. You will help ensure project information is accurately controlled, maintained and distributed throughout the project lifecycle.
Working with site teams, subcontractors and consultants, you will manage document control alongside QA support and handover/documentation requirements for O&M manuals.

Working closely with site teams, subcontractors, consultants and other stakeholders, you'll play a key role in ensuring project information is accurately controlled, maintained and distributed throughout the project lifecycle.
This is a varied role with involvement across document control, QA support and the management of handover and O&M documentation.
As Document Controller, you'll be responsible for maintaining effective document management processes across one or more civil engineering projects.
You’ll ideally have previous experience working in Document Control, preferably within civil engineering, construction or another project-based environment.
You’ll be organised, proactive and confident communicating with a range of stakeholders. You’ll also be comfortable working independently while contributing effectively as part of a wider project team.
An understanding of civil engineering project documentation, QA requirements and handover processes would be advantageous.
