Balfour Beatty plc is seeking a Senior Document Controller to govern data flows across BIM 360 Docs, client CDEs and subcontractor systems on site across the North East region. The role manages and mentors a document control team, conducts performance reviews and ensures adherence to company procedures.
You will work to the Project Information Plan and Asset Information Plan, set up projects in BIM 360 NextGen, and drive continuous improvement in information management and stakeholder

Hybrid working - 3 days on site and 2 days working from home
By joining our Power Transmission and Distribution team as a senior Document Controller you will be responsible for establishing governance and assuring data and information flow to and from Balfour Beatty (BIM 360 Docs), Client common data environments, and Subcontractor systems.
As a line manager, the Senior Document Controller supervises and mentors document controllers. They conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to team members, ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures. Demonstrating strong interpersonal and communication skills, they build and maintain positive relationships with project stakeholders, resolve conflicts, and address issues promptly and effectively. They encourage a collaborative and inclusive team environment
