Balfour Beatty plc in Elgin is seeking a Document Controller to establish governance and manage BIM 360 Docs data flows across project teams. Hybrid role with 3 days on site and 2 days from home.
You will train staff on BIM360, support project information plans, and ensure compliant information exchanges within the common data environment.

By joining our Power Transmission and Distribution team as a Document Controller you will be responsible for establishing governance and ensuring data and information flow to and from Balfour Beatty (BIM 360 Docs), client common data environments, and subcontractor systems. You will play a key role in providing project‑related training, support and guidance on using BIM360 to the project engineering team, including subcontractors, the client and designers. The Document Controller will liaise with the DE Manager on BIM360 project‑level quality audit implementation, operation and record keeping for their project on BIM 360 reports and Power BI Dashboards.
