At Wates Residential, we invest, develop, build and sell quality affordable homes through partnerships with Local Authorities, Housing Associations and public sector organisations such as Homes England. As we continue to grow, we're looking for an experienced information management professional to play a key role in supporting the delivery of high-quality digital information across our projects.
As a Senior Document Controller, you will be responsible for supporting the delivery of digital information and data throughout the lifecycle of our projects. Working in line with Wates and industry-recognised standards, includingISO 19650, you will help ensure information is accurate, compliant, accessible and supports the creation of a robust "Golden Thread" of project information.
You will work closely with internal teams, consultants, suppliers and clients, providing expertise in document control, information management and Common Data Environment (CDE) administration.
