Job summary

NES Fircroft seeks an experienced SURF Lead Document Controller in London to oversee document control for a major offshore energy project. The role requires leading a team of controllers, ensuring document integrity, traceability, and timely distribution across engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning, and start-up phases.

The candidate will manage the DMS, coordinate with project stakeholders and contractors, and drive quality control, audits, and reporting throughout the project

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years' experience in Document Control within large-scale projects.
• Experience leading and mentoring Document Control teams.
• Fluent English communication; additional languages advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement document control processes aligned with project requirements and contractual obligations.
• Lead and coordinate a team of Document Controllers to ensure consistency and quality.
• Manage the Document Management System (DMS) across the project lifecycle and coordinate with stakeholders.
