The successful candidate will ensure compliant document handling, archiving, and audit readiness while supporting improvements in processes and procedures within a dynamic, manufacturing/engineering

Qualifications

• Self-managed and motivated with minimal supervision.
• Experience in an office administration role.
• Ability to mentor others is desirable.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Manufacturing/engineering experience preferred but not essential.
• Strong teamwork across levels.

Responsibilities

• Provide Document Control services to project managers to ensure smooth flow of documents using Vault transmittal processes.
• Set up and maintain the company DMS Vault for each project.
• Maintain physical archive of project documents according to procedures.
• Lead spot audits on projects to ensure correct use of Vault DMS software.
• Provide line management to Document Controllers and conduct regular 1-2-1 meetings.
• Prepare PDRs for staff and monitor utilisation against targets.
• Support security clearance processes and drive continuous improvement in document control.
