Turner & Townsend is seeking a Senior Consultant/Document Controller in Leeds to lead Information Management for global clients. You will implement CDE configurations, manage user access, and drive standards across projects, ensuring compliance and efficient workflows.

You will work with BIM and information management teams, building strong client relationships and delivering training to super users and project staff. This role requires independent working and clear communication.

Qualifications

• 3+ years experience as Document Controller.
• Experience with BIM in Information Management and Document Control.
• Familiarity with CDE tools and ISO 19650 standards.
• Proficiency with Autodesk Forma/Aconex/ViewPoint/Asite/Dalux.
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills.

Responsabilités

• CDE implementation: contribute to discovery sessions and set up metadata, permissions, folders and workflows.
• User management: create accounts, invite users and maintain security groups.
• Information Standards: help define project information standards and naming conventions.
• CDE configuration and management: update systems for new teams and evolving methods.
• Quality assurance: monitor document workflows for compliance and quality.
• Workflow oversight: track progress, report reviews and resolve blockers.
• Reporting: provide regular progress reports and ad-hoc requests.
• System compliance: audits on naming, storage and user access; provide reports.
• Stakeholder interface: act as main contact for CDE system queries.
• Training: organize and deliver training on system use and best practices.
