Qualifikationen

• 3+ years as Document Controller or similar role
• Understanding of Building Information Modelling (BIM) in Information Management
• Experience with ISO 19650 standards (Part 2) influences information management
• Familiarity with CDE tools and EDMS systems

Aufgaben

• Contribute to discovery sessions to understand CDE and Document Control requirements
• Implement metadata fields, permissions, folder structures, workflows and processes
• Create user accounts, invite and manage security groups
• Define CDE requirements and project information standards
• Update CDE configurations to support new teams and evolving workflows
• Monitor document compliance through approved workflows
• Track workflow progress and resolve blockers
• Provide regular progress reports and respond to ad-hoc requests
• Audit file naming, storage locations and user access
• Act as main point of contact for CDE system queries
• Organise and deliver regular training sessions and maintain training logs
• Provide advanced training for super users and administrators
• Offer ad-hoc reports on system usage and compliance
