Job summary

Build Recruitment Limited is seeking an experienced Senior Disrepair Planner to coordinate complex housing disrepair cases from inspection through to completion. The role focuses on delivering works efficiently, compliantly and with a strong emphasis on customer service.

Location is Eastleigh with a 37-hour week, full-time permanent contract. You will lead and develop the scheduling team, manage workloads, liaise with contractors and stakeholders, ensure resources and approvals are in place, and

Qualifications

• Experience within housing repairs, disrepair or property services.
• A good understanding of the housing disrepair process.
• Previous experience in planning, scheduling or coordinating repairs.

Salary: Up to £31,600 per annum, depending on experience
Location: Eastleigh
Hours: 37 hours per week

The Role

We are looking for an experiencedSenior Disrepair Planner to coordinate complex housing disrepair cases from inspection through to completion, ensuring works are delivered efficiently, compliantly and with a strong focus on customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and support a team of Disrepair Schedulers.
• Manage workloads and optimise trade diaries.
• Plan and coordinate disrepair works from inspection through to completion.
• Liaise with contractors, internal teams and key stakeholders.
• Ensure resources, materials and approvals are in place.
• Monitor complex cases and provide regular updates.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
• Monitor performance and identify areas for improvement.
• Support and develop the wider scheduling team.

About You

The ideal candidate will have:

• Experience within housing repairs, disrepair or property services.
• A good understanding of the housing disrepair process.
• Previous experience in planning, scheduling or coordinating repairs.
