TristoneNash Ltd is seeking a Senior Disrepair Planner in Eastleigh to coordinate complex disrepair cases and lead a team of Disrepair Schedulers. You will manage inspections, works, and contractor relationships to ensure timely progress from initial inspection to completion.

Responsibilities

• Ensure accurate records and compliance information.
• Use data to identify risks and improve service delivery.

Senior Disrepair Planner

Salary: Up to £31,607 per annum, depending on experience
Location: Eastleigh
Hours: 37 hours per week
Contract: Full-time, Permanent

We\'re looking for an organised and proactive Healthy Homes Senior Disrepair Planner to play a key role in coordinating complex disrepair cases and ensuring residents receive a responsive, customer-focused service.

You\'ll lead a team of Disrepair Schedulers, coordinate inspections and works, manage contractor relationships and ensure cases progress efficiently from initial inspection through to completion.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and support a team of Disrepair Schedulers.
• Coordinate complex disrepair cases, inspections and remedial works.

• Resolve issues and competing priorities while maintaining excellent customer service.
• Support continuous improvement across the Healthy Homes and Disrepair service.

You\'ll be highly organised with experience in housing, repairs, disrepair or property maintenance, and confident coordinating multiple cases in a busy environment.

You\'ll have strong leadership and communication skills, excellent attention to detail and the ability to make decisions, solve problems and manage competing priorities.
