Alvarez & Marsal seeks a Director/Senior Director to join our EMEA SPA services team across London, Birmingham, Manchester and Leeds. You will lead end-to-end SPA advisory engagements, delivering value through rigorous financial analysis and negotiation support.

Role demands proven SPA delivery, outstanding communication, and the ability to manage senior client relationships within a fast-paced, growth-focused environment at a global firm.

Qualifications

• Proven SPA delivery experience across pre- and post-deal phases.
• Strong communication and leadership in client-facing environments.
• Ability to manage multi-geography engagements with stakeholders.

Responsabilités

• Provide expert advice on the financial and strategic implications of SPAs.
• Support clients in negotiating key financial elements of the purchase price and SPA terms.
• Conduct in-depth financial analysis to inform transaction decisions.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, understanding needs and delivering tailored SPA solutions.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Manage end‑to‑end SPA advisory engagements with excellence.
• Drive learning and development of junior team members.
