Qualifications

• 3–5 years' transaction and/or SPA advisory experience
• ACA/ICAS/CA/ACCA/CIPFA qualification
• Experience in transaction services, corporate finance or SPA advisory
• Ability to manage client relationships at board level
• Proactive in business development and cross-selling opportunities

Responsibilities

• Take responsibility and ownership of client relationships at board level
• Lead on completion mechanism matters including net debt and working capital
• Oversee preparation of engagement letters and budgets
• Review and sign off on final drafts and deliverables
• Coach and motivate junior team members and drive cross-functional collaboration
• Lead discussions with clients on SPAs, warranties and indemnities
