Job summary

You will take ownership of client relationships at the board level, oversee engagement letters and deliverables, and lead on completion mechanics, such as net debt and price adjustments, while managing a team across multiple engagements.

Qualifications

• Professional qualification ACA, ICAS, CA, ACCA or CIPFA with post qualification transaction advisory experience.
• 3–5 years of transaction and/or SPA advisory experience.
• Confident managing a portfolio of SPA advisory engagements.

Responsibilities

• Take responsibility and ownership of the client relationship at board level.
• Oversee and manage engagement letters and deliverables.
• Lead on completion mechanism matters and fee estimates.
• Manage junior team members across engagements.
