Job summary

Litera is seeking a Senior Director of Professional Services to lead the team delivering outcomes for law firms and legal departments worldwide. The role shapes scalable client solutions, drives satisfaction, and translates strategic vision into measurable results.

You will oversee a global services organization, partner with Sales, Product, and Consulting, and travel to customers as needed to ensure successful implementations and ongoing client success.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in professional services leadership.
• Experience leading large global teams.
• SaaS industry experience is a must.
• PMO or PMO build-out experience.
• Strong communication and people skills.
• Comfortable speaking with clients and joining sales calls.

Where You’ll Work

Hybrid: This is a hybrid role based in London, Raleigh or New Jersey with the expectations to be in office at least 3 days a week for collaboration and connection.

• Define and track KPIs that give senior leadership clear visibility into team performance and impact.
• Deepen cross-functional alignment with Sales, Product, and Consulting to deliver seamless client experiences and keep the organization ahead of industry trends.
