You’ll champion AI‑enabled workflows, attract and develop top engineers, and partner with senior leadership to shape Fitch’s analytics capabilities on a global scale.

Qualifications

• 18+ years of hands‑on software engineering experience with senior leadership roles.
• Proven multi‑team leadership across full‑stack disciplines at scale.
• Deep technical credibility in modern software architecture and production delivery.
• Background in enterprise tech stacks including React, Java, Python; cloud platforms AWS/Azure.

Responsibilities

• Set bold technical vision and strategy for four engineering teams.
• Lead, mentor, and develop senior engineers and team leads.
• Oversee end‑to‑end lifecycle of applications and services for critical workflows.
• Drive greenfield initiatives and modernize legacy platforms with audacious goals.
